All of our jewellery is individual, unique and carefully handmade using a variety of materials which includes the use of upcycled jewellery components and beads.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7days and we will issue you with a full refund.
All jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in.
Postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All refunds are issued via paypal.
Every Sapphyre Boutique jewellery item is carefully giftwrapped and is sent by either Recorded 1st class post, which aims to deliver your item within 2 days or Special Delivery™ Next Day which ensures your item will be delivered the next day before 1pm.
Both postage methods include a track and trace service which allows you to track the status of your parcel and both methods will require a signature upon receipt.
Items shipped overseas will be sent by International Signed for mail.
All customs fees, duties etc are the responsibility of the buyer.

We provide a free bead repair service regardless of how long you have had your item. Just return the jewellery item and the broken bead or charm and we will do our best to fix it for you free of charge, you simply pay the postage costs. For additional information please feel free to contact us.
